In 1976 a small band of radio visionaries was inspired to create a community radio station in Provincetown Massachusetts. Several years later their dream became reality as WOMR (OuterMost community Radio) went on air on March 21, 1982. Over the years WOMR has grown to bring its diverse and unique programming to a much wider audience that includes Cape Cod and the South Shore.
